Jodi and Amanda created Southern Kindred Studios to start something bigger than what they had each created on their own. With their passion for photography, they combined their individual expertise and built a solid foundation for a fundamental photography studio. With dreams as big as Texas, Jodi & Amanda are here to serve those who want to document each milestone and preserve their legacy.

Hi there! I'm Amanda Pawelek, owner of Chicken Scratch Photography. I have 3 crazy children and a husband that I adore, a house full of animals and a wonderful extended family. Photography is not just a business to me, it's a passion of mine. I love documenting people's most important moments, whatever they may be! I spend most of my free time hiding from my kids, perfecting my sarcasm, and reading a book when I should be cleaning!

Hey there!
My name is Jodi and I am the owner of Jodi Daniel Photography. I have been a full time wedding photographer for 8 years now. Voted 2018, 2019, & 2021, Best of "The Knot" Wedding Photographers in San Antonio, Texas.
I am a wife and momma with two kiddos and a golden retriever. I am about as basic as they come! I love coffee, fall, Christmas and decorating my farmhouse.
